Byron has been helping out a lot this week. He even fixed dinner a few times, which means we've been eating lots of hamburgers off the grill. Clark and Paige were having a hard time keeping their hands clean since they like to load their burgers with ketchup and all that good stuff, so Clark had a great idea...cover your hands with baggies so you don't have such a mess! 
Byron also picked some jalapenos we have been growing in the garden, so he and Benson decided to have a little jalapeno eating contest. Byron's parents were here eating with us, and Grandma told them when it gets too hot, just dip your tongue in a bowl of sugar to cool it off. So here are Byron and Benson with their sugar coated tongues. The next day I found the kids each with their own bowl of sugar to dip their tongues in...thanks Grandma!!
