Today we were taking the ornaments off the Christmas tree and, of course, one of the glass ball ornaments broke. Next thing I know Benson is calling, "Mom, Clark is eating glass!" Well, we have watched the Grinch a few times this year and if you recall, there is a part where the grinch does just that...eats glass ornaments. Great! So I go over and make him spit out the pieces and he looks at me like, "Hey, what's wrong with eating glass?" Then as I sit there with the pieces in my hand I hear crunching! He still had a piece in his mouth and was chewing it up! This kid is crazy and he doesn't understand why eating ornaments isn't normal. Well, maybe it is normal in a 3 year old world (and in Whoville)! Anyways, we went in the bathroom and swished and spit a few times to get all the tiny chewed up pieces out and there was no damage to his mouth. Just a good story to tell!! Thanks alot, Mr. Grinch!!
