Happy Thanksgiving!

One of the best things I did when we moved up here was start a little playgroup for Paige and the girls her age in our neighborhood. She loves it and so do I. I guess I feel like a few hours apart each week is good for both of us, especially since she is the one right now that tries my patience the most. And I mean that in the nicest way. :) Anyways, they always to something fun and this week we hosted the playgroup. These little cupcake turkeys are what we came up with and they turned out so cute and easy. Everyone ended up with chocolate frosing on their faces (not that there's anything wrong with that), but we all had a great time!My mom has a tradition before Thanksgiving every year she puts a feather-less turkey up. It is our job to fill the turkey with feathers with things we are thankful for written on them. Here is our version as we carry on the tradition. Its fun to hear what kids are thankful for. My favorites are Benson said "shelter", Clark said "vegetables" and Paige said "flowers".

Those cupcakes are so cute! And I love the turkey idea, we'll have to start doing that.

I didn't know you were into yoga:). We sure miss you guys, I hope all is going well for Byron in school. I wish you all the happiest of holidays:).
