So Long Summer

Labor Day felt like a final farewell to summer and thanks to Byron and his day spent out at the grill, it was a grand farewell. Take these ribs smoked to perfection and add some great college football (Go Broncos!) and it makes for an awesome end to a nice long weekend!

Clark devoured the ribs!

Now school is back in full swing, boys are playing soccer and football, I'm teaching preschool with Paige and a handful of other 4 year olds and Byron is back to his long days at school and work. Things are going well though and we feel blessed in so many ways for the opportunities and experiences we are having. So I guess I'm back to blogging too. I missed a lot the past few months but some things just have to take precedence and summer was full of plenty of more important things. Some highlights were Benson's baptism, a fun week hosting the Harris side of the family, fabulous Utah 4th of July with both families here and a relaxing week at the beach with the Ellsworth cousins. All in all it was a great summer! Welcome Fall!
