ROCKETS!! Byron and the boys spent Friday and Saturday building some model rockets, and by Saturday afternoon the rockets were ready to launch. We met up with Byron's dad and then the blasting off began. It was a really fun afternoon and with all the building and painting that went into the rockets, the aniticipation factor was definitely there for the boys, young and old alike!

Clark chose to paint his rocket (Big Bertha) green with black and yellow accents
Benson went with yellow, blue and red for his rocket, Big Daddy
(check out Ben's feet-his solution to be sure not to step in the dog poop he ran into on the grass)

I love the desert in the spring when it is all green and beautiful! Oh, and the kids are pretty cute too!
